1. Time is not committed for the delivery. Deliveries will be made between 9 AM to 8 PM.

2. The selected product will only be delivered in the cities where our service is available. (Refer List Of Cities)

3. Ordered received till 3 PM will be delivered till 7 PM and Orders after 3 PM if possible will be delivered by 9 PM or next day.

4. The delivery of your product will not be redelivered to any other address in any circumstances.

5. 80 Rose Garden will deliver the product ONCE, Incase the delivery is not executed in First time, customer shall still be charged for the order and no redelivery will be possible.

80 Rose Garden will consider the Order delivered in the below cases:

• Recipient not available.
• Delivery not done due to wrong address.
• Due to wrong phone number/Cell Number/Not working/Not reachable/Not Available/ Switched Off/ No Reply/ Not Connecting/ Delivery not done.
• Delivered the product to Guard/Gate/Neighbors/Reception.
• Recipient refuses to accept the product.
• Premises Locked


6. Deliveries are not possible on National Holidays.

7. The Product shown in the image will not be exactly the same; actual product may vary in shape or design as per the availability.

8. 80 Rose Garden has the right to substitute the flowers (Including Colour/Other Products) as per the availability. 80 Rose Garden promises to provide you with equal or higher value products incase of Non – Availability of the desire product in the town.

9. Please note that Flowers, Cake, and other products will be hand delivered and locally sourced at the delivery location as they are perishable products.

10. No change in the instruction will be entertained.

11. Incase of heavy rains/ floods/ National Holidays/ National Bandh/ Riots/ Any disaster 80 Rose Garden has the right to reschedule the delivery for another date.

12. Orders once placed can not be cancelled unless requested 24 Hrs. prior to the delivery date.

13. No complain would be entertain for flowers/cakes/ and other products after 24 Hrs of the time of delivery.

14. Incase if your product is not delivered in any circumstances the update will be listed on the website and same information can be collected from our customer care support.

15. The delivery of certain branded items may be delayed due to non – availability of the product in the market, in such cases, similar product or product nearest to the selected product would be delivered. Confirmation of the same would be seeked from the customer for the same through email. If there is no reply from the customer within 24 Hrs. it shall be considered that he or she has agreed to substitute the selected product.

16. Proof of delivery would be provided in case required.

17. You can send cancellation request at 80rosegarden@gmail.com but only till 24Hrs. prior to the delivery date.

18. By placing an order kindly give us following information for the delivery at Hospital or Hotel.

Hospital

• Full Address of the Hospital
• Ward Name/ Ward Room Number
• Home Address of the Recipient
• Phone number of the Recipient


Hotel


• Full Address of the Hotel
• Room Number
• Telephone Number


19. If there is no one available to accept the order at shipping address at the time of delivery, the order will be consider as delivered. No refunds, cancellations, redelivery is possible.

20. If the recipient is not available/not checked in Hotel/Office the order would be left at Reception and would be considered as delivered. If Recipient has check out of the Hotel on delivery date the order is still considered as delivered and no cancellation and refunds are possible.

21. For the delivery of flowers, cakes and other products to special occasions like Wedding/Engagement/Reception etc. 80 Rose Garden cannot assure delivery to the Bride and or the Bride-Groom as it is not feasible for our team to get through the couple. How ever 80 Rose Garden ensures that the delivery would be made a responsible person or Host, if possible 80 Rose Garden would provide you with the Name of the person who received your order through email.

22. No claim of what so ever nature under any circumstances will be tenable other than the claim for 100% refund of the payment made, all such claims if any are raised within 24 Hrs. of the delivery/Non Delivery.

23. 80 Rose Garden has right to refuse any order unconditionally.

24. All claims are subject to Jurisdiction Of Court at New Delhi, India Only.

25. If 80 Rose Garden is unable to deliver your order then complete refund will be made/80 Rose Garden shall not be liable for any other charges, loss of profits, emotional stress, or any other liability etc cause due to non delivery.

Mid Night Delivery

1. The delivery of your product would be made between 11:30 PM to 12:30 AM, on the specify delivery date.

2. The product selected could only be delivered in the cities where our service is available (List of Cities is Available)

3. 80 Rose Garden delivers on Sundays also.

80 Rose Garden will deliver the product once incase the delivery is not executed in the first time, customer still be charge for the order and no redelivery would be Possible.

5. Genunity Of Information:

a) The customer promises that the information provided to 80 Rose Garden is true and accurate. The customer agrees to pay all charges incurred by them and users of your account and credit card or other payment mention at prices in effect when such charges are incurred.

b) The customer agrees to defend indemnity and hold 80 Rose Garden harmless from all liabilities and expenses including attorney fee related to any violation of this agreement by them and also for the use of services or transmission of any message or information by them. 80 Rose Garden may modify this agreement from time to time without any prior information.
